I didn't get a chance to actually watch the Oscars this year, and have yet to find time to watch them online so I was a little bummed because I had seen a few of the movies this year, like slumdog millionaire, who like many predicted took home awards. One blogger on The Carpet Bragger blog mentioned that is was "The darling of the Oscars, winning eight Oscars, including the award for Best picture." Other blogs concentrated on what many people watch any of these award shows for--Who is wearing what, and did they make the right choice? Access Hollywood's live blog captured the stars arriving on the red carpet starting at 4pm, and had some strong opinions of the fashion attire. "Melissa George from "In Treatment" and Grey's Anatomy arrives in a white dress that looks like its missing the top layer" , and also we couldn't forget to mention "how fabulous Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie look." There were also live blogs that gave their opinions throughout the whole event, from the fashion, to the winners, to the losers. Everyone seems to have an opinion about the Oscars.
